Post-Season Reflections

Wow another great season from our very own mariners!
Let's see, lets why don't you join me in reliving some of those big moments?
First of all, the biggest event of the year was seeing that Carl Seger really ripping a grand slam
into the left field fence. His hands are really starting to fire up and It's a joy to see his enthusiasm at the plate.
I predict some majorpower from that quarter next season.
Second, an incredible pitching performance by Blake Beavan. Wow. He really started to look good toward
the end of the season and his curveable was realy starting to shape up and hit those corners.
Jesus Montera. 'nuff said.
And why not have a standing ovation for our grand skipper the wily old Wedge? He seemed to be quivering with delight every time they panned onto him with Root Sports tools.

Overall, it was a sight to see, those matiners.
We here ate Shane's Sports Blog are really excited for the next year!! It's going to be a real powerful season with the new fence situation and not to mention all the extra seats and fans they can draw with that imprroved space and extra room! Let's get those young players out there and stretching those legs a little and lets see some gutierez get out there if his stomach is better. Let's go Marinesr!

EDIT: I forgot to mention the biggest thing (LOL!) Ichiro's grand exit, we're really going to miss the ol' ranger of right field!!!
